All “Alexa Holidays and Event Planners” appointments are dependent upon the accompanying terms and limitations. Since you will be limited by these terms once the arrangement is active, we ask that you read and comprehend them completely. “Alexa Holidays and Event Planners” keeps up with the option to change, add, or eliminate any of these agreements whenever without notice, and such changes will consequently concern you once you book a visit or bundle with us.
- 1. Pricing
Costs on our site or in our leaflets change contingent upon the administrations. For instance, inn costs are per room each evening. For visits, costs are per individual with SIC (Seat in Coach) and will be shown with the all-out number of visitors whenever looked through on a confidential premise. It rejects any instalments made by clients, for example, visa expenses, dwelling charges, and tips to drivers or guides. Furthermore, changes in valuing might happen assuming that your transportation or housing specialist co-op causes any extra expenses. All outsider attractions and things should not be sold at lower costs than their entry costs. Limits must be given related to different items, and the featured rates should never be not exactly the fascination's entryway charge.
2. Mode of Payment
You can pay with a valid credit card or debit card, such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Diners, or Visa, after selecting your favourite tour provider or vacation package.
3. No Show Policy
In the event that you do not use a paid tour service in part or in full, “Alexa Holidays and Event Planners” will not issue a refund. This applies to all “Alexa Holidays and Event Planners” tour services that aren't being used, such as city tours, transfers services etc.
4. Guest Refund Policy
- Tickets: All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Unused Tours: There are no refunds for unused tours, partially used or unutilized portions of a vacation package.
- No Show: If a guest fails to tell “Alexa Holidays and Event Planners” about a tour cancellation or fails to arrive on time at the tour start location, “Alexa Holidays and Event Planners” will not be held liable. In such instances, the reservation would be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
- Third party services: Some of the services provided by third parties may be non-refundable due to differing refund and cancellation policies. We usually provide the information at the time of booking.
- As a result, each service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy, which we follow. Refunds will also be made only through the original payment method.
- Refund Policy and Process: Reservations that are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation policy indicated in each booking will be eligible for a refund (if applicable) and will be repaid within 15 working days of the cancellation request after deduction of payment gateway processing fees.
